Basketball is a game of both mental and physical toughness. And maybe a little bit of style. You could be 6’6 and dunk on people, or maybe you can be the best possible shooter. Nuno Rocha show’s us that sometimes the most underestimated player on the court maybe the best player once he “solves” whats wrong.
After being taunted at by the gyms security who happens to be an alright basketball player. The gyms janitor tries to become a basketball player himself but finds himself struggling and too embarrassed to play in front of the guard. As the guard leaves, the janitor stays in the courts to study the game of basketball. Whether it’d be measuring the hoop, or figuring out the mathematics, after a session of figuring out how to make a ball in a hoop, the janitor makes 3 half court shots and looks at the camera to tell the guard ” bring it”
Nuno brings the game of basketball to two unexpected players, a security guard and a janitor and shows what really goes on late nights in a gym. There are barely any lines in this short but through body language we are entertained with a comedic filled short with how else you can win in this game of basketball.
